ABOUT ME

Laura Weber was born in northern New Jersey but has lived in Albuquerque, New Mexico for the majority of her life. She has worked as an Administrator with a private law firm for over twenty years and has been working on her own personal family history for just as long.

Laura has roots in colonial-era America but also descends from Ashkenazi Jews, as well as, German and Irish immigrants who settled mostly in New York and New Jersey throughout the 1800s. She enjoys using DNA along with traditional genealogy research methods to solve issues of adoption and misattributed paternity, and to work through complex brickwalls.
